micrON™ miRNA mimic是运用化学方法合成的双链RNA,能模拟细胞中内源性成熟miRNA的高水平表达,以增强内源性miRNA的调控作用,进行功能获得性(gain-of-function)研究。只需直接转染进入细胞,即可检测功能变化,快速,方便。
