| 描述 | EWP 815 is a disulfiram analogue that functions as a powerful inhibitor of Ins(1,4) P 2 phosphatase, Ins(1,4,5) P 3 5-phosphatase, and dopamine β-hydroxylase activity [1] [2]. |
| 体外活性 | EWP 815 (6, 8 μM；10分) 抑制了[3H]Ins(1,4,5)P3 5-磷酸酶在颗粒态和溶解态中的脱磷酸作用，其IC50分别为6 μM和8 μM。[1] EWP 815 (30 μM；1小时) 对Ins(1,4)P2 磷酸酶的抑制作用大于对Ins(1,4,5)P3 5-磷酸酶，平均[3H]Ins(1,4)P2/平均[3H]InsP恢复比例为2.6。[1] EWP 815 (3-300 μM；30分钟) 在不影响Ins(1,4,5)P3结合的情况下，抑制甲状腺释放激素(TRH)-刺激（100 nM）的肌醇磷脂产量，100 μM时抑制30%，300 μM时抑制1.8%。[1] |
