| 体内活性 | Methyl Hesperidin可与人血清白蛋白结合,结合常数在18和34 mM之间。据长期致癌性研究证明,Methyl Hesperidin对喂养96周的B6C3F1小鼠无致癌性。Methyl Hesperidin和橙皮甙能够抑制Akt和PKC的磷酸化使TNF-α诱导的VCAM-1表达减少。 |
