发现其具有抗血小板作用，本药通过多种机制抑制血小板的聚集和粘附：①抑制磷酸二酯酶活性，使cAMP破坏减少，cAMP含量增加可抑制血小板聚集；②增强PGI2活性；③抑制腺苷脱氢酶，减少腺苷的分解；抑制腺苷的再摄取；从而增加腺苷的含量。还可激活腺苷酸环化酶活性，使血小板内cAMP增多；④轻度抑制血小板的环氧酶，使TXA2合成减少。 Dipyridamole还可促进血管内皮细胞PGI2的生成。也可阻抑动脉粥样硬化早期的病理过程。 Dipyridamole一般与口服抗凝
