| 体外活性 | beta-Amyrin acetate（25 μM）将mEH活性降至对照活性的61%[1]。beta-Amyrin acetate（50 μg/mL）抑制热诱导的溶血和低渗诱导的人类红细胞溶血[2]。beta-Amyrin acetate（7.8-1000 μg/mL）对所有测试过的念珠菌属真菌都显示出抑制作用（MIC：30 - 250 μg/mL）[5]。 |
| 体内活性 | 在二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳部局部水肿模型中，beta-Amyrin acetate (100 μg/ear) 显著抑制由二甲苯引起的耳部水肿[2]。在正常和关节炎大鼠中，beta-Amyrin acetate (40 mg/kg; s.c.) 增加了肝匀浆中ATP-磷酸水解酶的活性。在成年白鼠中，beta-Amyrin acetate (40 mg/kg; i.p.) 在6天后显著降低炎症，抗炎活性达到43.6%，平均颗粒组织重量为9.2 mg[4]。 |
