| 描述 | Azelastine hydrochloride (Astelin) is a phthalazinone derivative with antihistaminergic activity. |
| 体内活性 | 在大鼠肥大RBL-2H3细胞系中, Azelastine抑制Ag的TNF-alpha释放(IC50=25.7 mM)和离子霉素诱导的TNF-alpha释放(IC50=1.66 mM)。在小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞中,Azelastine抑制诱导型一氧化氮合酶mRNA表达水平和NO的生成。在正常的人类肥大细胞中,Azelastine抑制IL-6,TNF-α和IL-8的分泌和NF-κB的活化,以及细胞内钙离子水平。在人牙龈成纤维细胞中, Azelastine剂量依赖性地抑制了DNA和蛋白质的合成。 |
