Product Description:
HAT Supplement is a mixture made up of hypoxanthine, thymidylic and aminopurine. Hypoxanthine and thymidylic can provide pre-composed purine and pyrimidine for hybridoma cell. Hybridoma cell can use pre-composed purine, pyrimidine and the HGPRT provide by splenocytes. Aminopurine is folic acid antagonists, which can restrain the de novo pathway.
