检测原理简述

Assay Principle Summary

The microplate is pre‑coated with a mouse ACE2‑specific capture antibody. After adding sample or standards, an antigen–antibody complex forms. Following washing, TMB substrate is introduced; HRP catalyzes a blue color, which is stopped to yield yellow.
