    检测原理

    植物根系细胞中的脱氢酶在呼吸过程中可将受氢体2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)还原为红色产物三苯基甲替(TFF),该物质在485 nm波长处具有最大吸收峰。通过分光光度法测定其吸光度值,即可准确计算植物根系脱氢酶活性,进而评估根系活力水平。

    CheKine™ Plant Root Vitality Assay Kit (TTC Method, Microscale) is a high-quality colorimetric assay designed for accurate and rapid detection of root vitality in plant tissue samples. By measuring plant dehydrogenase (PDHA) activity, this kit effectively reflects the metabolic state and physiological activity of plant root cells, providing critical data support for plant physiology research, agricultural science, and environmental monitoring.

    Assay Principle

    Dehydrogenases in plant root cells reduce the hydrogen acceptor 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) to the red product triphenylformazan (TFF) during respiration. This product has a maximum absorption peak at 485 nm. By measuring the absorbance spectrophotometrically, the activity of plant root dehydrogenases can be accurately calculated, thereby assessing the level of root vitality.
