3 μg/lane of Recombinant Human LIF Protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing a band at 21.5 kDa under reducing conditions and 20.2 & 37.8 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
The LIF Protein forms a small amount of dimers in the non-reducing conditions, which may be related to its structure (Uniprot: P15018).
