吉满生物重组DT3C 蛋白 (Cat.GM-046001RP) 从大肠杆菌中（E.coli）表达，包含33-417aa (P00588) & 291-497aa (P19909)，8´His标签序列置于DT3C编码序列的N端，纯度≥90% (SDS-PAGE)，分子量69.4 kDa，溶解在pH7.4的PBS中，经过 0.2 μm 过滤膜除菌，内毒素< 1EU/μg。
吉满生物重组DT3C蛋白使用非常简便，将DT3C蛋白和目的抗体孵育30 min即可形成mAb-DT3C共轭物。该共轭物可直接加到完全培养基的细胞中进行孵育。其在体外的功能类似于抗体药物共轭物（ADC）,将白喉毒素的细胞毒性效应通过内化作用有针对性地传递到靶细胞中，评估细胞对mAb内化效率。
