蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the human CD8A (NP_001759.3) (Met1-Asp182) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human CD8B (NP_004922.1) (Met1-Pro170) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the human CD8A&CD8B heterodimer was purified. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro.
