Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RPB1 CTD (phospho Ser5) antibody [GT1303] (GTX03215) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
WB analysis of C2C12 cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37ºC for 1 hour using GTX03215 RPB1 CTD (phospho Ser5) antibody [GT1303].
Dilution : 1:1000
Loading : 25μg per lane
WB analysis of MCF7 cells were treated by Doxorubicin (0.5 uM) at 37ºC for 24 hours or treated by nocodazole (50 ng/mL) at 37ºC for 20 hours or treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37ºC for 1 hour using GTX03215 RPB1 CTD (phospho Ser5) antibody [GT1303].
