1、2The houses of the animals should be well-ventilated, good lighting,clean,and dry.The internal wall should be smooth and neat,with arc-shaped corns that enable easy swashing and sterilization.The surface of the walls should be made from erosion-resistent,non-reflectible and impact-resistent materials,which are not susceptable to peeling-off.The ceiling should be water-resistent and erosion-resistent.On the roof of the house,there should be ventilating and lighting equipments.And there should be warming equipment inside the houses for the sake of keeping warm in winter.
1、3 The houses for primate laboratory animals should be maintained on a temperature between 18℃ and 29℃,with relative humidity within the scope of 40~70%.For macaques under artificial breeding,the optimal temperature range is from 20℃ to 25℃,and the optimal humidity is 40~60%.There should be ventilating equipment installed inside the house so as to keep air circulating and refresh the internal air.
