植物分子医药农业技术是通过基因工程的方法,利用植物细胞作为生物反应器来表达和生产重组蛋白质或者多肽的技术,包括工业用、医药用的重组蛋白,整个生产过程涵盖了基因克隆,表达;原料种植,收获,运输,储藏;蛋白提取,纯化,加工等技术(如下图以水稻胚乳细胞生物反应器为例):
